Responsibilities
- Sourcel and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through proactive communication
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match talent with organizational needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application placement to onboarding support
- Leverage ATS systems and job boards to optimize candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly staffing targets and client KPIs
- Stay current with local market trends and employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment/staffing with proven track record
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities for candidate placements
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
