Responsibilities
- Source and identify passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Negotiate salary offers and close placements efficiently.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipeline and pipeline metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced agency environment.
