Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate capabilities and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients including Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on compensation benchmarks and talent availability
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS while ensuring compliance with EEO regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in placing software engineers, data analysts, or IT professionals
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and candidate assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of technical domains including Java, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, and machine learning
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratios, and placement rates
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent professional experience
