Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Utilize Greenhouse and Lever ATS to track pipeline metrics and optimize processes
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition insights to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal KPIs for placements and satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise sourcing specialized tech roles (Python, cloud architecture, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) with data-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Deep knowledge of Columbus tech ecosystem and emerging startups
- PHR/SPHR or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with competing priorities
