Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for AI, FinTech, and SaaS clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean strings, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Conduct deep technical interviews and skills assessments for engineering roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through targeted networking events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and market positioning
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation benchmarking
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication and transparency
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/AI companies
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to assess technical competencies for senior engineering roles
- Strong network of NYC tech professionals and startup founders
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent designation preferred
