- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive networking and digital outreach
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect role-candidate matches
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with 15+ weekly placements
- Develop strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback sessions
- Leverage applicant tracking systems to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to position candidates strategically for immediate openings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of 20+ monthly placements in competitive markets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- ATS certification or SHRM-SCP designation a plus
