Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and developer communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 technical roles spanning software engineering, DevOps, and data science
- Develop strategic hiring plans with clients including compensation benchmarking and market analysis
- Build and nurture talent pipelines using ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and CRM platforms
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to define role requirements and candidate evaluation frameworks
- Drive diversity initiatives through targeted outreach and inclusive interview practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing software engineers
- Deep understanding of developer technologies (Python, Java, cloud platforms, DevOps toolchains)
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer negotiation
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment metrics
- Strong network within Raleigh's tech community and Meetup groups
