Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients and emerging businesses
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent and contract positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive compensation packages
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted recruitment campaigns
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually in technical or professional roles
- Expert knowledge of Omaha's talent landscape and industry-specific recruitment strategies
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated placement metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification highly desirable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
