Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop deep technical understanding of Java, Python, AWS, and Kubernetes stacks
- Collaborate with CTOs to architect bespoke hiring strategies for scaling tech teams
- Implement ATS optimizations achieving 40% faster time-to-hire benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal 15+ placements quarterly
- Analyze market compensation trends to build competitive offer packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or fintech focus
- Proven track record placing senior engineers and engineering managers
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and Boolean logic for candidate sourcing
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise ATS platforms
- Deep understanding of Portland's tech landscape (PDX startups, Intel, Nike)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 25+ successful technical placements
