Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop deep expertise in Seattle's tech market trends and competitive compensation structures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Optimize applicant tracking systems and implement innovative sourcing strategies
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction rate through exceptional communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven SaaS/tech placements
- Expert knowledge of Boolean search strings and GitHub/LinkedIn sourcing techniques
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, AWS, React, Kubernetes)
- Demonstrable track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and data-driven mindset
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience
