Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche job boards)
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines with passive talent identification
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using Boolean strings and advanced search techniques
- Deep understanding of technical roles (software development, IT infrastructure, data analytics)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM tools
- Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate cultural fit during interviews
