Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to match talent with client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track pipelines and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in tech, healthcare, and logistics
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement track record
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque's labor market and industry-specific talent pools
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage client-candidate expectations
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for occasional client site visits
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
