Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate pipeline using ATS systems and ensure timely placement
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and maintain compliance documentation
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries
- Track key recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless candidate-to-client matching
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and client satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland's job market and industry sectors
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-incentivized environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
