Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary/contract positions across Columbus
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Process weekly payroll for temporary staff with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Central Ohio
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools effectively
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience required
- Proven track record in high-volume temporary staffing
- Strong knowledge of Columbus OH job market and industries
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with payroll processing experience
- SHRM-SCP or CPC certification preferred
