Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Process weekly payroll and manage time-off requests for temporary staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding open positions and candidate status updates.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and internal marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, HR, or recruitment setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse candidates and clients.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
