Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage high-quality technical candidates for immediate hire opportunities.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and technical requirements.
- Interview Process: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates to ensure we meet our immediate placement targets.
- Administrative Support: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation, contract generation, and onboarding coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources, with a focus on technical roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and technical job functions (Software Development, IT Support, Engineering).
