Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate pipelines and placement documentation
- Meet weekly performance metrics for placements and client satisfaction
- Utilize our proprietary CRM system for tracking and reporting
- Participate in networking events and job fairs across Ohio
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license for local travel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
