Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates across tech stacks (Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud)
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Building strategic partnerships with Colorado Springs' tech leaders
- Conducting technical interviews and candidate assessments
- Optimizing recruitment workflows in our ATS and CRM systems
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies for competitive talent markets
- Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives in tech placements
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in SaaS or enterprise tech
- Proven track record placing software engineers, DevOps, and data professionals
- Expertise with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate engineering talent
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications (CERS, CTS preferred)
