Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates to ensure rapid response times for client needs.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Deep knowledge of the Tampa Bay job market and local industries.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
