Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach to potential candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the placement process.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
