Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
- Administer background checks and reference verification processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
