Your Responsibilities
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate schedules and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain a detailed candidate database using internal Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Prepare and review employment contracts and offer letters.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for client visits.
