Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse tech and engineering roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement

- Leverage ATS platforms to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with exceptional candidate experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing for Bay Area tech roles
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
