Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with San Diego businesses
- Conducting behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from offer to onboarding
- Leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for talent acquisition
- Weekly performance reporting and pipeline management
- Collaborating with team members to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience in San Diego market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Valid CA driver's license with reliable transportation
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field preferred
