Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with local businesses and understand their staffing needs.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with paperwork and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to offer competitive rates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Reliability: Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to pass a background check.
