Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Referrals, and Networking).
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit, salary requirements, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to offer letter.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment under tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment technologies.
