Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of applicants to identify top talent.
- Post job descriptions on various online platforms and social media channels.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software to track candidate pipelines.
- Attend industry networking events and job fairs to expand our talent pool.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms is preferred.
