Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent through networking, social media, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and hiring needs for our client base.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage candidate relationships through the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings to refine professional skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorās degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Resilience and a 'thick skin' necessary for cold calling and handling rejection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- A valid driverās license and reliable transportation for off-site networking events.
