Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent through networking, social media, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and hiring needs for our client base.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Manage candidate relationships through the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

  • Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings to refine professional skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
