Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach on LinkedIn and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Match qualified candidates with open requisitions for our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external clients.
- Update and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide post-interview feedback.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (experience with Salesforce or Greenhouse is a plus).
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
