Responsibilities
- Market Sourcing: Utilize various channels and advanced search tools to identify, screen, and engage potential candidates.
- Client Consultation: Build rapport with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily and weekly KPIs regarding new placements and pipeline development.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) quickly.
