Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and closing placements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and job boards, to identify top-tier talent in the Wichita area.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and clients to ensure a perfect match.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (1-3 years preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Salesforce).
- Drive: Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Location: Must reside in or willing to commute to Wichita, KS.
