In this role, you will collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering leads, and product managers to ensure our technological trajectory aligns with our business goals for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and oversee the execution of the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Technology Forecasting: Identify emerging trends and technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for future-forward projects.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of strategists, engineers, and designers.
- Innovation Pioneering: Spearhead pilot programs and R&D efforts focused on long-term impact.
- Performance Analysis: Measure the success of the 2026 initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in strategic planning, technical leadership, or product management within the tech industry.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizon) and drive innovation.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of modern technology stacks and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects.
