Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Execute network diagnostics, server maintenance, and cybersecurity protocols
- Document incident reports, knowledge base articles, and system configurations
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty claims
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system health via monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Support weekend project deployments and system upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Expertise in VPN configuration, cloud services (Azure/O365), and endpoint management
- Strong problem-solving skills with remote diagnostic tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
