Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments and resolve system errors
- Manage user accounts and permissions across organizational systems
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security protocols
- Train end-users on software applications and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional on-site visits
