We are seeking a motivated Staffing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we find the best candidates for our clients while providing exceptional service to job seekers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and recruiting to identify qualified candidates for various industries, including IT, Finance, and Administrative sectors.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating in-person interviews.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS platforms.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the client organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, maintaining high satisfaction ratings.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics to track performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Boston job market and local industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional client visits).
