Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to identify top talent for client needs.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data.
- Navigate the local Long Beach job market to source passive candidates through networking and social media.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants regarding job openings and status updates.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the workforce.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in long-term roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
