Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen and Interview: Perform initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Onboarding Coordination: Manage the administrative process of hiring, including offer letters, tax paperwork, and orientation scheduling.
- Payroll Administration: Ensure all candidate time sheets and placement details are accurately recorded for weekly payroll processing.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends in Philadelphia to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
