Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for various positions within our client network.
- Post job openings on multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and manage job boards effectively.
- Conduct background checks, reference calls, and drug screenings for potential hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their temporary or direct placement roles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be comfortable working in an office environment and using computer software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client site visits.
