Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify, source, and screen high-quality candidates for open roles.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent, conducting phone screens and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and deliver tailored workforce solutions.
- Onboarding: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for immediate success.
- Admin Support: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare necessary documentation.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers for our talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
