Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidate placements.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant data and ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules and job offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs and source top-tier talent.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with labor regulations.
- Handle payroll inquiries and facilitate the weekly pay cycle for temporary and direct-hire employees.
- Organize and attend job fairs to promote our agency and attract new talent to Wichita.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for on-site client visits.
