Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and screen qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture fit requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and document interviews between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for temporary and contract workers, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate market insights to candidates and clients.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills will be considered.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) is a plus.
- Resilience: High level of motivation and resilience to handle rejection and meet sales-driven recruitment targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
