Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to match job requirements for clients.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of employment for temporary and permanent placements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Albuquerque area for client meetings.
