Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
- Consult with businesses to identify staffing needs and develop tailored workforce solutions.
- Manage applicant tracking data to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Handle onboarding logistics and orientation for new hires.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is required.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Long Beach and Southern California job market.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales and placement targets.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
