Responsibilities
- Proactively source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for diverse industries.
- Consult with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local Mesa businesses to generate new business opportunities.
- Track key metrics and provide regular updates to the management team regarding pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (B2B experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Jobvite, Greenhouse, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred for our Mesa, AZ market.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
