Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various platforms.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of placement, from interview to onboarding.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends to advise candidates and clients effectively.
- Administrative Accuracy: Maintain accurate candidate and client databases within our ATS.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Drive: High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines efficiently.
- Tools: Proficiency with MS Office and experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Fresno, CA.
