Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary and direct-hire roles.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients in Fort Worth.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends and salary benchmarks.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct candidate interviews, coordinating with internal teams.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with the onboarding process to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Location: Must reside in the Fort Worth, TX area or be willing to relocate immediately.
