The Role:
As a Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing placements. We value autonomy and results.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting thorough phone screens and coordinating in-person interviews.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified talent.

Qualifications
