Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients for open positions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Actively network on platforms like LinkedIn and attend local job fairs to proactively fill future vacancies.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) accurately, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate the placement and onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in El Paso to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (internships considered).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; High School Diploma required.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-oriented individual who works well independently and as part of a team.
