Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media platforms
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement of temporary and contract roles
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics and progress
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles and job descriptions for client presentations
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruiting or staffing agency experience required
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
