Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and soft skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and applicants to ensure repeat business.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
